Prof. Bartosz Kempisty is a biologist by profession, working at the Department of Histology and Embryology, as well as Department of Anatomy at the University of Medical Sciences in Poznan. His is working on biology and biotechnology of stem cells obtained from various organs and tissues in human and animals. In addition, he is also a well-recognized specialist in the field of cell and tissue bioengineering. His numerous research projects focus on the identification of morphological, physiological and molecular properties of cells and tissues recently also isolated from the region of oral cavity. In his research he implements many advanced techniques of cell and molecular biology. He has more than hundred scientific publications and participated in more than twenty research projects cooperating with scientists locally and internationally.
